We believe in and provide preventative maintenance systems for guest rooms, equipment, and public spaces, with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspection intervals.
Non-negotiable Property Standards:
Guest room preventative maintenance is performed in each guest room at a minimum of 3 times annually
Equipment preventative maintenance is performed on each piece of equipment at a minimum of 4 times annually
Public space preventative maintenance is performed in each hotel "zone" at a minimum of once a month
A comprehensive market plan is completed for each property and presented to ownership prior to budget finalization.
