Rhaglan Hospitality specializes in management, development, design and construction/project management services for hotels and resorts. Led by President Joe White, Rhaglan has assembled a team of experienced, full-service hoteliers. Each team member has a proven track record in hotel and restaurant management and is passionate about our mission to develop, reposition and operate historically significant hotels throughout the Southeast.
Rhaglan brings a holistic approach to hotel development. We are a full-service operator compassed of an experienced developer, a unique, core-brand approved design team, and an in-house construction and product management team capable of delivering a complete package to owners and investors which includes management, development, design and construction.

We believe in and provide preventative maintenance systems for guest rooms, equipment, and all public spaces, with weekly inspections by our general managers and annual inspections by our senior vice president of construction and product management.
Non-negotiable Property Standards:
- Well maintained
- Guest room preventative maintenance is performed in each guest room at a minimum of 3 times annually
- Equipment preventative maintenance is performed on each piece of equipment at a minimum of 4 times annually
- Public space preventative maintenance is performed in each hotel "zone" at a minimum of once a month
A comprehensive market plan is completed for each property and presented to ownership prior to budget finalization.
